ComplicationsI am a constand disappointment

In the life of those I care about

And no matter how much I try

To pull away and shout I wanna break out

Dear momThirteen years are far too long.
I think of your favorite song
and I sit here this day,
thinking what would be the best to say.

I miss you, more then most know.
I remember the way your eyes used to glow.
Waking up each morning, to the smell of coffee and smoke,
there you sat, in your morning cloak.

The Battle for SanityI’m struggling to keep sanity

Somethings are unwritten and out spoken. A fire is in me.

Water calms the flames of rage. To much water kills the flame that is in a cage.

The bird still sings in it's tortured state of mind. Trying to find peace inside.

Peace is is wish for being so blind. Because peace is at his bedside.

Between the darkened heart and pent up rage. The sun is rising off the waves.

A new day rises another one sets. I'm letting go of this soulless regret.

Disposablei am a piece of paper,
scribbled and full of holes,
crumpled and torn,
i have been used and tossed aside,
now i am little more then garbage,
an error and a mistake,
why am i so disposable?

Darkest KnightLandscape blurred by falling snow,
The only pure thing in this world,
It catches fire under streetlamps,
And showers the city with icy kisses;

This is the city I watch over,
I am both the hunter and hunted,
So here on this steeple I hide,
And wait to strike my prey;

The towers of glass and steel,
Are rotten to their bedrock core,
Filled to the brim with evil,
And corruption, pain and chaos;

Here I make my eternal stand,
Swinging wealth, tech and fists,
Against the dregs of society,
And I do this alone;

Criminals of the city draped in snow,
Learn this simple truth,
There is nothing to fear but fear itself...
And me, The Batman.

HeavenAcross a sapphire sea
And beyond the twinkling stars
Lies sanctuary for infinity,
The City of Light.

Far above the shining sun

NICE! I really like the imagery in this, and I feel there's a deep sense to this(which is something that all good poetry has). I'm trying to do more conceptual poetry, but all my writings on this have been spur of the moment. I really like this though
